We have two flexible Distribution Centers, with a total area of 800 sq.m., in Palaio Faliro, Attica and Nea Efkarpia, Thessaloniki, serving more than 1,000 end customer points of our corporate customers. We handle annually 12,000 orders for delivery and 3,500 returns.

With the cooperation of our experienced Technical Support and Logistics teams, we designed and deliver the “Smart courier” service that through “Smart Courier” orders we offer immediate resolution of specific faults utilizing our well-trained Distribution team, thus providing a beautiful, immediate and complete experience to customers.

Total annually in our two Distribution Centers:

• We store and manage ± 3,000 codes
• We complete ±7,000 same-day deliveries (80% within 2 hours and 100% within 6 hours)
• We make ±5,000 deliveries next business day (100%)
• We implement about 600 “Smart courier” orders
• We collect ±45,000 pieces
• We pack ±17,000 packages
• We collect ±6,000 returns
• We sort ±13,000 pieces of returned products
