Our Technical Services focus primarily on corporate customers and support them in their “after sale” needs, thus helping them focus on the “central” object of their activity. After the sale, Printserve undertakes to serve the needs of end customers by providing quality and reliable technical services through “Remote”, “On-site” or “Off-site” support.

The experienced Technical Support team takes care daily of the smooth and continuous operation of customers' devices. Thus, every day the wider Technical Support team (Work Controllers and Technicians) cooperates for the immediate and effective resolution of any problem or fault through Remote Technical Support.

The cooperation of the Support team (Work Control) and the team of Technicians creates a climate of safety and trust to our customers, since they immediately plan and coordinate a visit of a Technician to the customer's facility to deal with any announced failure.

In addition to the "Remote" and "On-site" Technical Support, Printserve provides off-site device repair services, both in Attica and Thessaloniki.
