We have a dynamic team of professional Technicians, Logisticians and Customer Service personnel, who focus with passion, dedication and responsibility on providing quality services always aiming to satisfy corporate and end customers.

Our History

In 1999 Docuserve Ltd. is founded, which is staffed by Xerox Technicians of the Attica region. A year later, the company Printserve Ltd. is founded, which in turn is staffed by Xerox Technicians of the center of metropolitan Athens. In 2003 it is transformed into a Société Anonyme from an Ltd. incorporating the two Ltd.’s and all the activities of Xerox Hellas in Northern Greece based in Thessaloniki.

Until the end of 2021, the main activity of Printserve SA is the Technical Service of Xerox customers, as an official authorized National Service Provider (NSP), in the prefecture of Attica, Central and Western Macedonia and the rest of the country, where there is no presence of a Xerox Hellas Technical Representative. In 2022, Printserve adds another activity entering the Logistics industry by creating two urban Distribution Centers in Attica and Thessaloniki providing warehousing, distribution and return management services on behalf of Xerox and third parties (3P). In 2023 it expands its Logistics activity by providing 4PL services, in addition to 3PLs, with supervision and management of the Supply Chain and Logistics department of Xerox Hellas.

Thus, twenty-five years later, 2024 finds us offering integrated solutions of Technical Service and Logistics services, focused and tailored to the needs and particularities of each customer with facilities in Athens and Thessaloniki, as well as with the consolidation of strong long-term partnerships throughout Greece.

Our Team

Our people are the cornerstone of our success and sustainability in our 25-year history. It consists of professional Technicians and Logisticians with many years of experience and expertise, as well as two experienced Support teams. We have 27 Technicians (19 in Athens and 8 in Thessaloniki), 3 Customer Service and Technical Care employees (Welcome Center), 4 Warehouse professionals (3 in Athens and 1 in Thessaloniki), 5 Distributors (4 in Athens and 1 Thessaloniki) and 3 Logisticians.
